Application
The Federal Administration does not accept speculative applications.
We recommend you set up a job alert so you are automatically informed of any suitable jobs.
Yes, this is possible. For all applications, please use the same application account that you created for your first application.
Please note that the different organisational units of the Federal Administration (e.g. federal offices or state secretariats) carry out their recruitment independently. They do not have access to applications submitted to other units.
All the published roles are current vacancies.
We only display vacant positions for which the application process is still ongoing.
When applying online, you will automatically receive confirmation that your application has been received. The relevant organizational unit will contact you personally in the following days or weeks and inform you about the next steps.

Application account
- Open up the advertisement for a job you wish to apply for, and click on “Apply now”
- In the log-in window, choose the option “Not yet registered for an application account? Register now”. Complete the form and click on “Create application account”
- You will then receive a code by email. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder. Input the code in the next step and click on “Continue”
- Then add the details requested to your application account
Note: applications are always made by clicking the “Apply now” button on the job advertisement.

Input your correct email address
- If you have used your application account within the last 3 months, you will receive a new password
- If you have not used it within the last 3 months, your application account will have been deleted. Please create a new application account
- Check you have entered your email address correctly
- If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one
- If you haven’t used your application account for over 3 months, your application account will have been deleted. Please create a new application account
- Please check your email address and spam folder
- If you have used your application account within the last 3 months, request a new password
- If you have not used it within the last 3 months, your application account will have been deleted. Please create a new application account
Job alert
Set up a personal job search profile with a job alert
- You will then automatically receive appropriate vacancies by email
- You can cancel the alert at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email
The following will be stored:
- your email address
- your search criteria
This data will not be publicly accessible.
No. Job alerts and application accounts are independent of each other.
Data Protection Notice
You can delete your application account yourself at any time.
Simply click on the “Options” menu, on the top right of your application account and under “Settings” click on “Delete application profile”.
You can withdraw an open application at any time in your application account.
Simply open the relevant application in the “My applications” section, and click on “Withdraw application”.
Any data that you provide as part of your application will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Your data will only be processed in connection with the vacancy for you which you have applied. Your application will be deleted no later than 3 months after the process has been completed.
